continuous membership is defined as a bh cabana club membership that has not been paused, cancelled, declined (and not paid within current month) or otherwise interrupted.  Months are counted as full months (first pro-rated month does not apply). A bh cabana club that is cancelled for any reason will forfeit the current rewards accumulated in the account and restart from the beginning when membership is reinstated. Credits from the milestone program cannot be applied to the monthly membership fee, tanning services or transferred to another account.  Rewards are redeemable on regular price salon products and apparel. They can be used only while cabana club membership is active. Milestone rewards cannot be combined with discounted offers other than the cabana club product discount.  Milestones program applies only to members in our current rate cabana club membership.  After 12 months, the milestone program will be repeated. The BH reserves the right to cancel or modify the Milestone program at any time.
